Welcome to the Day 30 of November Journaling Challenge. If you missed out on the earlier post, read the information about this challenge.

DAY 30 PROMPT – Communicating With The Inner You

You’ve spent the entire month keeping a journal, digging into different issues. Some of the journaling may have been light-hearted, while other days you might have been forced to think about things you prefer to avoid.

For the final day of the challenge, think about how this month has been. What were the highs and lows of communicating with your inner self? Did you listen? Did you follow your instincts when it came to writing things down?

Do you feel little bit more self-aware? Do you feel like you know why you do the things you do, or why you make the decisions you make? Do you have a little clearer idea of what you want?

For year-around journaling prompts, check out 365 Days of Journaling.

Thanks for the month of prompts. November has been too hectic for me so I didn’t even try them. Planning on going thru them in Jan.

Dolly, thank you for all the prompts and the month-long challenge. I completed them all, and up until your challenge I really didn’t respond to prompts in my journal. This challenge has also inspired to consider creating my journaling blog so that I can contribute more to the community. I’ll definitely keep following your blog posts.

Thank you for this opportunity for self examination and reflection on topics that have been quite revealing; some painful and others that recalled joyous memories.
One of my lows was the one about “living or existing” and I have to admit that I am aware of, at present, just existing. Another one is “what are you striving for.”
There are/were many highs and some that I didn’t comment on like the one about the five people you’d like to emulate; I feel fortunate to have many which is inspiring! I am still pondering about which five people I’d like to have for dinner.
I’m glad to have these prompts to persue in the future.
